These terms govern use of Euroleague Draft App's private draft-room product. By creating an account, league, or room, or joining a room, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Draft-only service
The service provides private league setup, invitations, scheduling, live drafting, recovery, completed results, and export. The Season Game is unavailable in production. No scoring, standings, lineups, transactions, player market, or ingestion service is promised.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to consent to these terms under the law where you live. Keep magic links, account sessions, room-session credentials, and invite codes private. You are responsible for actions taken through credentials you control and for providing accurate information.
Fair use
- Do not harass others, impersonate people, or publish private league information without permission.
- Do not probe, overload, automate abuse against, or bypass authorization and rate controls.
- Do not use the service for gambling, entry fees, prizes, or other real-money contests.
- Commissioners must share invite links and exports only with their intended group.
Availability and changes
This is an independently operated early-stage service. Draft state is designed for recovery, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may change, and access may be limited or suspended to protect users, data, or service reliability. Export important completed results you wish to keep.
Intellectual property and affiliation
The app's original code, interface, and presentation belong to their respective owner. Player and club names identify real-world subjects and may belong to their rights holders. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Euroleague Basketball or any club.
Liability and ending use
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and the operator is not liable for indirect loss, missed picks, lost opportunities, or disputes inside a private league. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You may stop using the service and request account deletion from the dashboard at any time.
